We are Fluid Motion, an award-winning arts and health Charity now based at our Creative Hub in Totton Shopping Centre. We run an inspiring programme of exciting activities, all aimed at improving people’s mental health.

The hub is a warm, welcoming, and friendly space providing a year-round calendar of creative activities. These include a range of weekly art and craft drop-ins, a youth theatre, counselling service, school holiday activities and pet therapy. We would love for you to come in and see what we are up to.

Our work makes a real difference to the children and young people in our community.

One of our youth theatre members has autism, his mum told us that our hub “is an environment where he feels he can relax and make friends- something he often finds challenging. Without the generous funding that allows this provision to be free of charge, my children wouldn’t be able to attend so we are extremely grateful to all involved.”

We’re dedicated to helping the children and young people of Totton. Whether they are feeling down, overwhelmed or just want something to do, we are here to provide a listening service and alternative options to boost their confidence and unlock their potential through creativity.
